Our Booking Prosedure & General Information

When the Quote is Accepted for the Tailor-Made tours US$200 Deposit is Needed to Secure Your Booking, or full Payment

We also Require a US$200 deposit to confirm the reservation for the Group tours at the Time of the Booking

The Remaining Balance is to be Paid 6 Weeks Before Arrival.

All our Prices are based on Current US$/LKR Exchange Rates

Advance payments up to 6 weeks before arrival can be refunded for the Tailor-Made Tours, but only after administrative expenses and a hotel payments have been deducted.


No refunds within 6 weeks of arrival after tour balance has been paid.


If you cancel your booking, the following charges will apply for the Group Tours, Cancelation fee US$200 per booking

Every holidaymaker, without exception, must possess valid comprehensive travel insurance to cover all travel risks. Vehicles and hotels are insured in Sri Lanka but not up to Western levels.

There are no compulsory health requirements for visiting Sri Lanka, but all tourists are strongly advised to check with their own medical advisers well ahead of travel.

A One month Tourist visa is compulsory for all visitors and must be obtained online before arrival.

We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of baggage or belongings.
