What’s included in the tour?
Our Tailor-Made tour package covers everything – from hotel accommodations and transportation to activities, airport transfers, and meals as outlined in the itinerary. Plus, you'll have a dedicated tour guide/chauffeur with you throughout the entire journey!
Is travel insurance mandatory?
Yes, travel insurance is required for all of our trips.
Do I need a visa, and can you assist with that?
You’ll need to apply for an e-visa through the official website here: https://www.eta.gov.lk/slvisa/
What if I have special medical needs?
We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable trip, so if you have any special medical requirements, please let us know. For certain conditions (both physical and mental), we may request a doctor’s letter confirming that you’re fit to participate in the tour. We’ll inform you if this is necessary.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
We’ll do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Most restaurants we visit are able to cater to allergies, intolerances, and dietary preferences. While we can’t guarantee that every location will have suitable options, there are usually alternatives available. Your tour guide will also help navigate any dietary concerns along the way. Additionally, we’ve made sure there are water coolers available at most locations, so you can stay hydrated without needing to buy plastic bottled water.
